On Saturday 22 August, the Klein Joostenberg butchers, chefs and bakers combine efforts to bring you the boldest and most delicious brunch in the Boland.
Hosted by Garth Bedford and Christophe Dehosse, this is an introduction to a diverse array of top quality, ingredients and dishes that are made at Klein Joostenberg, including treasures from surrounding areas that we are proud to use in our kitchen and to sell to our clients.
The is a unique, single date, long table brunch and is limited to 35 guests.
The generous menu will include but not be limited to
– freshly made coffee and tea on arrival, a glass of bubbly, freshly shucked oysters with mignionette, buttered rye, a few slices of saucisson
– a variety of old style French charcuterie
– great local cheeses, farm butter, pickles and relishes
– breads and breakfast pastries
– savoury dishes and butchery specialities
– sweets
R330 pp + 12.5 % automatically added for service. Full brunch menu, tea, coffee and a glass or 2 of wine included.
